If your baby hates tummy time, you’re not doing it wrong — and your baby isn’t “being difficult.”

Many babies carry tension from pregnancy or birth that makes being on their belly uncomfortable.
When the nervous system is stressed, tummy time can feel overwhelming instead of strengthening.

When we gently release that tension, babies often:
• Tolerate tummy time longer
• Move more freely
• Feel calmer and more organized in their bodies

Tummy time shouldn’t be a battle.
It should support development — not create stress.
