The Reflections Memory Care Community provides a protected environment and personal care for those individuals with memory impairments. We practice a relationship-based model of care, building positive relationships between residents, their caregivers, family and the community. Our mission is to improve the well-being of the elders and those who care for them by transforming the communities in which they live and work, it is our vision to eliminate loneliness, helplessness, and boredom and to rekindle meaning, self-worth and a sense of belonging in all those who call our community home.
