Our online Trualta portal offers several on-demand classes designed to empower caregivers.
The Art of Staying Safe is a two-part caregiver class that explores how to stay safe and confident when caregiving feels unpredictable. You’ll learn to understand behavior as communication, apply calm communication strategies, and create simple safety plans for both you and your care partner.

Through awareness and practical tools, you’ll discover how clarity, empathy, and preparation reduce stress and make daily care feel safer.

What if planning smaller could make caregiving feel more manageable?

When the future feels overwhelming, caregivers often survive by thinking in days, hours, or even minutes. Trualta, our online caregiver portal, is hosting an anonymous support group titled "Micro-planning in Caregiving" on March 13 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

This support group will explore micro-planning as a way to reduce stress, support decision-making, and create a sense of control without locking you into rigid plans. Together, we’ll reflect on how small, flexible planning can help you meet real needs while honoring limited energy and constant change.

Cameras and microphones are off to keep the group anonymous. A Care Educator will guide the discussion with questions. You are welcome to participate in the chat or simply listen and take what you need.

Sign up for Trualta and visit the events page to register and discover more caregiving resources. https://carewellservices.trualta.com
