I regret to inform you, that effective December 30th, 2022, I’ll be retiring and closing my practice. This includes Lung Center, PC, The Sleep Clinic, The Lung Center Sleep Lab, and Sleep At Home. I’m including information about other sleep and lung providers in the area that should be able to meet your needs.

Once you have identified a physician or practice, please contact my office immediately on how you would like to proceed, at 269-969-6099. We can also send them to your Primary Care doctor’s office until you find a new specialist. A release form can be found on our website: lungcenterpc.com, under the Patient Information Tab. After December 30th, 2022, you will only be able to request your records by calling 269-969-6099 and leaving a message on the voicemail. Please allow 72 hours for the request to be processed. After March 1, 2023, they will no longer be available, so it is important that you contact us immediately. Please disregard this notice if you have already signed a release in our office.
