We hear snow may be coming.
Don’t let ice take you out ❄️

With a snowstorm on the way, now’s the time to think about more than just bread and milk. Slipping on ice is one of the fastest ways to turn a normal day into a sore back story.

Here’s what I always tell my patients:

• Slow down. Ice wins arguments.
• Take short steps. Penguin walking is underrated.
• Warm up before shoveling. Cold muscles + sudden slips = bad combo.

If you do slip, or feel off afterward, don’t wait it out. A quick check now can save you weeks of stiffness later.

If your New Year's resolution is to get healthier, start with better sleep. 🛌✨

A study of 2,400 U.S. adults found that sleeping less than 7 hours per night nearly doubles the risk of being overweight or obese. Even excessive sleep (over 9 hours) can increase the risk, so maintaining a balance is key. ⚖️

Before overhauling your diet or workouts, remember:
🕓 Sleep 7–9 hours
🍎 Eat well
🏃‍♀️ Move often
💆‍♂️ Recover fully
