At Calhoun County Medical Care Facility, our goal is to provide purposeful living solutions to persons who need assistance. The need may be short-term or long-term medical care or day care. The Facility is dedicated to creating a home for each resident to live their life with meaning and purpose. Our county-owned Facility is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid and features six neighborhoods with their own living and dining rooms. Burch Adult Day Care Center is a department of Calhoun County Medical Care Facility and is designed to provide medical and rehabilitation services to clients 18 years and older with physical or mental disabilities. Restorative therapy, nursing, medical monitoring, activities, dietary and personal care needs are readily available. Both the Facility and Center provide a continuum of care to area adults who need assistance in pursuing an enriched and fulfilling life. We call it sharing and caring through the years.
