Self-care for you and your brain 🧠

1. Cortices tapping!!

2. Sleep! Are you getting good quality sleep?
Do you need to upgrade your bed, pillow, sheets, or nighttime routine?

3. Movement! Move your body everyday. A walk, dancing, stretching, hike, workout, etc.

4. Water! Drink more water. A lot of us are dehydrated and wondering why they have a headache.

5. Emotions! Honor and acknowledge your emotions. Feel your emotions, scream into a pillow, cry it out, punch your bed, etc.

6. Journal/scribble everything out in your head.

7. Spend more time offline. Get curious, find a new playlist, a new recipe, workout, hobby, etc

8. Allow yourself to dream again. Use your imagination. Don't shrink your desires. See it, feel it, believe it and work daily towards it.

💟Signs You Need an Energy Clearing

Feeling unworthy or low self-esteem.

Feeling depressed, anxious, fatigue, lack of motivation, or sadness.

A person experiencing repressed emotions, or something is stuck to your energy field creating these feelings.

Lack of focus, clarity, or confusion. Something is blocking you from feeling inspired, decisiveness, and clear-thinking or knowing.

Low immune system. Energy blocks disrupt the healthy flow of life force energy throughout the body.

💟What to expect during a session?

We begin each session with a brief discussion about what's been going on and your intentions.

Many of my clients don’t know what needs to be cleared, but they are open to whatever comes up.

Some clients have a specific area they would like to focus on. Either way, you’re in for a deep clearing!

My favorite thing is to get to the darker, hidden spots in your energy field that wants to be released.

As a client lies on my massage table, I access my intuition and with the help of reiki, one by one we remove blocks.
