Battle Ground Physical Therapy is seeking a full or part time, physical therapist and physical
therapy assistant to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing and
approachable attitude. We are a manual therapy and exercise-oriented clinic.
We are a private practice in Battle Ground just north of Vancouver, WA. As a community based
practice we treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions, work related injuries and
sports injuries. We provide 45 minutes of direct patient care and do not utilize aides or double
book.
Our commitment is to deliver high quality, one-on-one care to our patients. We take an active
approach to rehabilitation and always take the time to care. Our clinic offers personalized
physical therapy in a warm and caring environment. We are searching for an individual that

REQUIREMENTS:

 Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program or Physical Therapy
Assistant Program
 CPR Certification
 Current or pending state licensure

Battle Ground Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned, outpatient private practice in Battle Ground, WA. We are hiring for a Medical Receptionist/ Billing/ Authorization Specialist to join our team. Part/Full Time: Monday- Friday (Flexible Schedule)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain front office, attend calls and book appointments
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
Review and process medical billing claims
Follow up on unpaid claims and denials
Preparing patient statements/ invoices
Maintain accurate patient billing records

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous office experience, preferably medical office (1 year)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Experience with EMR/ EHR system
Previous knowledge of medical billing experience
General knowledge of insurance claims and processes
