We will be closed on Monday, July 8th through Friday, July 12th, 2024. We will return to normal business hours on Monday, July 15th, 2024 at 8:30 am.

We will be open normal hours with a few changes during the Covid-19 crisis.

Visits will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY with only the person being seen unless a minor with a parent. This will give us time to disinfect the treatment areas between patients. We will be doing this to help keep the ERs available for emergency conditions.

We will be available for general complaint care, lacerations and osteopathic/Chiropractic care as well as DOT physicals. This will allow patients with no Covid-19 symptoms to be safely treated without being exposed to the triage system of the hospital.

Please be on time for your appointment or you will not be seen.

If you would like a appointment please call at 8:15pm until 4:30pm 218-862-4325.

The hospitals have triage stations for Covid-19 patients. If you feel like you could possibly have Covid-19 please call ahead to be pre-screened.

Thank you to all our Veterans on this Veteran’s day! This year is extra special for us, as John was presented with a quilt from the Quilts of Valor for his service during Desert Storm. These ladies are amazing in what they do for local veterans. We are proud of all our military service members, especially our active military family members, Brittany Chase and Steven Chase. Thank you!!

Now Hiring! We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant/Chiropractic Assistant at Chase Family Health. We are a walk-in medical clinic that provides a wide range of services so we are looking for a flexible, fast learner who enjoys people. Experience desired, but willing to train the right person! Part-time and/or Full-time available. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please stop by the office at 104 Memory Lane in Battle Lake to pick up an application.
