October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Our Resident Services Director Lorie and Business Office Director John dropped off a goodie basket at the Upside Down Mercantile on Historic Commercial Street. The Mercantile has kiosks set up for different individuals that are very unique. They just opened a Coffee Shop inside their new location. If you get a chance stop by and check out this shop. We are so happy to have a partnership with them!!!

🎃 Tonight we had a great turnout for our Trick or Treating!!! Residents lined the Halls and Lobby to see all the sweet costumes. Lots of candy was passed out!!! Happy Halloween!!!!

The Rain stopped and the Sun came out so our Assisted Living Residents went on a Scenic Drive!! On this Halloween Eve we had to check out the houses and all the fun decorations. They were awesome. Plus the trees are looking so beautiful. It was a great afternoon!!

Today is the day for Trick or Treating!! This will be inside where it’s warm and cozy. Join us from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in our Independent Living. We look forward to seeing you!!!

Technology is always growing, so we have “Tech Time with Leashanna”!!! We learn how to use our Arrow App or just answer questions that our residents might have. One of our Ambassadors Durlene was at our Tech Class this week!!! Thank you Leashanna for your knowledge and patience each week. We appreciate you!!!

Our Assisted Living Residents enjoyed entertainment by Mike Squires at our Halloween Happy Hour!!! Deviled eyes and webbed cupcakes were just a few of our delicious picks on our buffet. Happy Halloween!! 🎃
