Big changes are coming for Iron and Ember Wellness 🤍

My last day seeing clients at the Battlefield location will be April 18th, and all scheduled appointments will continue as planned through that date.

I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me there—it truly means more than you know.

Moving forward, I’ll still be seeing women at my Springfield location inside Honey’s Barbell, and I’m excited to share that I’ll also be starting a new chapter working out of Muscle Shark, where I’ll be able to see both men and women.

Massage can be rewarding but it can also help after a hard week.
It helps:
• Improve tissue quality
• Support better range of motion
• Reduce chronic tightness that limits strength
• Keep small issues from turning into bigger ones

If you’re training consistently, your body is adapting under load.
Maintenance work helps that adaptation happen more efficiently.

The body needs movement. Without movement we get stiff, brittle, and unsteady. Massage helps with recovery and helping those muscles that don’t like to move, move a little easier.

Hi, I’m Jesse, the owner of Iron and Ember Wellness.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and I help people feel better in their bodies through a combination of massage therapy and movement-based support.

With over 10 years in health and wellness, my approach is focused on helping you:
