We're excited to be at the Lake of the Woods County Fair! Stop by our booth in the 4-H building to learn more about our services, grab some goodies, and take advantage of FREE health screenings! We'll be offering blood pressure, glucose, and total cholesterol checks (while supplies last).

Booth Hours:
Friday, June 27th: 1:00 PM - 7PM
Saturday, June 28th: 12:00 PM (Noon) - 7PM

📣 Wellness Wednesdays are coming to the Baudette Public Library! 📣

We're excited to announce that the Baudette Public Library has partnered with CHI LakeWood Health to bring you "Wellness Wednesdays," a FREE monthly program dedicated to promoting health and well-being in our community!

Join us at the library each month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for valuable resources, referrals to local services, and a dedicated Q&A time.

Here's what's coming up:

April 16th: Nutrition Foundations with Danielle Abel - Learn practical strategies for healthy eating, understand energy balance, and discover how lifestyle habits impact your nutrition and well-being. Get actionable steps and resources to start your journey towards a healthier you!

May 21st: Emotional Boundaries for Mental Health with Danielle Abel - Learn to protect your emotional well-being by separating personal feelings from those of others and effectively managing emotional responses.
