Some conditions need more than a single approach.
In this session, we used cupping and gua sha together to help break up tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural recovery process.
Cupping works to lift and decompress the tissue, while gua sha helps move stagnation and encourage flow through the muscles and fascia. When used together, they can help the body respond more effectively — especially in areas of deep or stubborn tension.
You’ll also notice Greg and Mason working together here. That’s something you don’t see everywhere — but it allows us to address the body more thoroughly and efficiently when needed.
