😀Good afternoon!!

🌟Happy Friday everyone!!

🤔Did you know we are still offering Glutathione IVs?

🤷🏻‍♀️What is it you may ask?

⬇️It helps with some of the following:
1. immune function
2. removing toxins from the body
3. metabolism
4. forming s***m cells
5. tissue building and repair
6. enzyme function

🥑Glutathione can be found in foods such spinach and avocados, but they are poorly absorbed by the body when consumed orally.

🤔Glutathione can naturally reduce as we age or may be reduced due to stress, malnutrition and environmental toxins.

📞If you would like more information or would like to have a glutathione IV, call our offices at your Your Choice McRae or our Eastman office.

☀️Good afternoon!

⬇️Here are some facts you may not have known about Vitamin D!!

Vitamin D has a few health benefits including:
☀️ Helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus which are essential minerals for strong bone and teeth production.
☀️ Supports immunity
☀️ Helps contribute to muscle strength
☀️ Helps reduce inflammation in the body

How much Vitamin D do you need daily?
⭐ The average adult's daily intake of vitamin D should be 20 mcg.

When is the best time to take Vitamin D?
⏺️The best time of the day to take is when you will best remember. Any time of day works!

Who should take Vitamin D supplements?
✅ People who live in cold regions and have more limited sunlight exposure (not outside enough to soak up vitamin D3).
✅ People with dark skin, increases melanin levels in the skin reduce natural production of Vitamin D3.
✅ Older adults- our skin's ability to naturally produce vitamin D3 decrease with age.
✅ People with medical conditions or undergone surgery that may affect fat absorption, since vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin.
✅ People who consume a plant-based diet, since most sources of Vitamin D are from animal-based foods.

👏🏻Maybe this has helped to answer questions on the importance of Vitamin D.

‼️ Make sure you are getting enough vitamin D for your body whether it be from sunlight, food, or supplementation

🤔Did you know foods can help fight inflammation?

🍠One of these recipes is Chickpea and Sweet Potato Curry

🥣Chickpeas bring plant-based protein, and sweet potatoes are full of beta-carotene. Together, they help tame inflammation while keeping you full and satisfied.

🍚Curry spices like turmeric and ginger pack an extra punch. Serve with brown rice for extra fiber.
