Hospice Volunteering Looks Like This…

• Painting someone’s fingernails
• Sitting and listening to their stories
• Making phone calls to check in or offer encouragement
• Reading a book, praying, or holding a hand
• Giving families a little time to rest

You don’t need special skills — just a kind heart and a willingness to show up.
Sometimes a simple visit or a thoughtful phone call can mean more than you’ll ever know.

Giving your time can truly be a blessing — for our patients, their families, and for you.

If you’ve ever felt called to help, this might be your sign. 💙

Did You Know Hospice Helps Provide Equipment for Care at Home?

One of the biggest worries families have is how to care for their loved one at home.
Hospice helps ease that burden.

Hospice can help provide:
• Hospital beds
• Oxygen & respiratory support
• Wheelchairs & walkers
• Bedside commodes & safety supplies

Our goal is to create a safe, comfortable space so families can focus on what truly matters — time together.
Have questions about hospice or what support is available?
We’re always here to help. 💙

Today’s Pavilion Fellowship was such a sweet reminder of what truly matters. 💛

We gathered with lemonade and oatmeal pies, open hearts, and open hands—welcoming a brand new year together.

Mike shared about new beginnings and the power of the Lord’s Prayer, and there was something incredibly moving about praying it together, voices joined as one.
We talked about 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “The old has passed away; behold, all things have become new.” What a powerful promise.

Faith was the heartbeat of today’s fellowship. Faith that walks with us every day. Faith that shows up when we trust Him, when we call on Him, and when we believe He hears and answers. A reminder that being born again means forgiveness, grace, and fresh starts—no matter our past.
We were encouraged. We were reminded. We were uplifted.
And hearing the residents sing old church hymns together… that was pure joy. 🎶🤍 So sweet, so sacred, so special.
Grateful for moments like these—proof that fellowship, faith, and community still matter deeply. ✨

Referrals don’t require certainty.

One of the biggest misunderstandings about hospice is thinking you have to be sure before you call.

You don’t.
A referral can simply be a question.
A conversation.
A “Can you help us understand what’s next?”
Sometimes the best time to reach out is when you’re unsure.

We’re here to help families, caregivers, and providers navigate—not rush—these moments.

📞Questions are always welcome. 912-367-4146

Caregivers — let’s talk for a moment.

If you’re exhausted…
If you’re overwhelmed…
If you’re wondering “Am I doing this right?”
Those feelings are more common than you think.
Hospice care isn’t only for the patient — it’s for you, too. We help caregivers understand what to expect, manage symptoms, navigate hard moments, and most importantly, feel supported.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
You don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point.
Sometimes, the first step is simply asking a question.

At Comfort Care Hospice , we welcome questions — big or small. If you’re unsure whether hospice is right, if you need guidance, or if you just need to talk things through, we’re here.

💙 You don’t have to walk this season alone.
At Comfort Care Hospice, we meet families where they are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Whether it’s answering questions, offering guidance, or simply sitting quietly when words aren’t enough, we’re here to bring comfort and peace when it matters most.

If you or someone you love is facing a serious illness and wondering “Is it time to talk about hospice?”—please know it’s okay to ask.
Support earlier can mean more comfort, more moments, and more peace for everyone involved.

As this year comes to a close, we pause with grateful hearts.
For every life touched, every story shared, every hand held, and every family trusted to our care — thank you.
Tonight isn’t just about counting down the seconds.
It’s about honoring moments that mattered, love that lingered, and memories that will always remain.
As we step into a new year, our promise stays the same:
to lead with compassion, to listen deeply, and to walk beside families with comfort, dignity, and heart.
From all of us at Comfort Care Hospice ,

Good morning, friends. ❄️
It’s a cold one out there today— it definitely feels like winter. With the flu and other sickness going around, we just wanted to gently remind you to take care of yourself and the ones you love.
Wash those hands, stay warm, rest when you can, and don’t feel bad about slowing things down a little. Your health matters.

Here at Comfort Care Hospice , we’re checking on families, offering comfort, and walking alongside you through these colder days—just like neighbors should.
If you ever have questions, worries, or just need someone to talk things through with, please know you’re not alone. We’re here. 🤍

Last Sunday of 2025 🤍
As this year gently comes to a close, we pause with grateful hearts.
Hospice reminds us of what truly matters — presence over pressure, comfort over chaos, and love over fear.
It’s not about giving up. It’s about showing up… sooner, with support, guidance, and compassion for both patients and families.
If you’re carrying questions, worries, or just a quiet sense that something feels different — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Asking doesn’t mean committing. Calling doesn’t mean it’s “time.”
It simply means you’re choosing clarity, comfort, and care.
As we step toward a new year, let’s normalize conversations about hospice — earlier, honestly, and without fear.
We are here.
We always will be.
