🔥 The Book of Shoulds — and Why It Needs to Burn 🔥

Let’s talk about “The Book of Shoulds.” You know… that invisible rulebook in your head that says:
“I should be doing more.”
“I should be happier.”
“I should have it all together by now.”

That book isn’t real — but it’s been written into us since we were kids. Parents, teachers, society, social media — everyone adds a few chapters of their own. Over time, we start living by it instead of living by our truth.

Here’s the problem:
👉 “Shoulds” breed guilt, shame, and self-criticism.
👉 They disconnect you from what you actually want or need.
👉 They keep your mental health stuck in a loop of “not enough.”

The antidote?
🔥 Burn the Book of Shoulds.
Literally, mentally, symbolically — however you need to.

Replace every “I should” with:
➡️ “I will” — when it truly aligns with your goals.
➡️ “I won’t” — when it doesn’t serve you.

Because you decide. That’s where real empowerment begins. 💪

☕ Happy National Cappuccino Day! ☕

So… apparently today is the day to celebrate frothed milk, coffee art, and caffeinated fancy drinks. And while I personally won’t be sipping one (I’ll pass 😅), I’m fully on board celebrating your love for it!

Honestly, if a warm drink in your hand makes you happy, go for it—latte art or not. I’ll be over here with my hot chocolate… or tea… or maybe just water, living my best non‑caffeine life. 😎💖
