Information to parents of the graduation class of 2023:

Jessica Harris will be at the school to take graduation portraits, both individual and the class photo.

-She will be there and ready for the individual cap and gown portraits at 3:15 so they can take them before the Baccalaureate.
(she will also be available between Baccalaureate and the class photo as well as right after Graduation for those that need it)

-She will plan to do the class photo around 5:40 before they line up for Graduation to make sure everyone is there.

-They need to bring money with their form when they take their portraits.

-Parents can call or text Jessica with questions at 210-687-3436

ALL DONE! Thank you to the many parents who helped with planning, set up, food, drinks, prize gathering, working the event and clean up! We met all of those goals set way back in August and it seemed like the kids were kept busy and had fun. (We may have hooked some kids on BINGO too)

Dee purchased flowers/ferns for Graduation already. We should have less then $100 left and we were able to add those additional cash prizes at the end and we can pull that to give to the Buccee's stop on senior trip unless anyone objects!

ALL PARENTS PLEASE READ.

Today will be decorating day, feel free to come out and pitch in! Someone should be there from the time school is out until we are done! THERE IS NO CASINO CLASS TONIGHT!

Saturday morning, we are in need of some help unloading the inflatables, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine and sno cone machine. We don't have an exact time yet, please let JoAnna know if you can help!

Saturday we would like to have all parent volunteers there by 10:30 pm so we can have a quick meeting and then get everyone where they go and the Casino can practice.

IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE ASSIGNED LIST AND WANT TO HELP - WE WANT YOU TOO! PLEASE MESSAGE THIS PAGE IF YOU WERE PLANNING ON HELPING.

Hello Parents~

Just wanted to give an update on After Prom and thank all of the parents who are working hard to get the prep work done and give you an idea of the schedule. Also - please check with your kiddo to make sure the permission slip is turned in!

Here are some updates!

*We are SO close to having a prize for all attendees and having 10 GRAND prizes.

*We will have activities ALL night long. We do still need volunteers for the event, please message the page to volunteer. We need you signed up ahead of time as you will be assigned in the schedule where you are needed.

*If you want to decorate, it will begin around 1:00 p.m. Friday and continue until done, no need to sign up for this one. All hands on deck! The amazing Amy Morgan has been called in to help and will be leading the charge on this so please defer to her in all things decor.

*Jamie will be telling us how to deal and run some of these games. Jamie, please post the time she would like everyone assigned in the casino to come for class Friday night in the comments.

*Lori Lindsey is heading up the breakfast buffet for the kids before the night ends- please message her to help or donate.

We would like ALL parents who are working the event there by 10:30 Saturday night so we can walk through all areas together and discuss basic plans.

Parents,
In case you haven’t heard, prom is now going to be at the school in the commons area. The banquet would most likely be in the cafeteria. ( we aren’t sure on that part). This changes our plans for after prom.

Your after prom committee has been working on proposals but need a few more answers on options before we meet so we don’t have to do this twice.

So CANCELLING FOR TOMORROW, Tuesday the 14th. Any conflicts with next Tuesday, the 21st at 6:30?

If you can’t make it to that and you are on a committee-check with the chair to see if they can cover you. If you are a chair and can’t make it-Message us.

Thank you to Ona Pitts and all who volunteered or donated to the chili feed. Sounds like their hard work from the chili feed and the bake sale really paid off!
