Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is tied to our pineal gland, which regulates melatonin in the brain. Spiritually and emotionally, it forms a connection to imagination and self-awareness, intuition and clear perceptions.

If your third eye chakra is strong, you should feel clarity in your thoughts and a deeper understanding of conversations or choices approaching you.
