We are hiring a Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our established clinical spa team in the Baxter area. You will perform high-level skincare treatments, build customized client treatment plans, and drive retail sales in a supportive environment.
Position Overview
• Job Title: Advanced Practice Esthetician (AP Esthetician)
• Location: Baxter, MN
• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Pay: Base + Commissions
• Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday with Some Nights and Weekends

About the Role
As a member of our skin expert team, you will aid in elevating the guest experience by delivering targeted, results-driven esthetic services. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about skin health, building lasting client relationships, and are a team player.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Advanced Treatments: Execute expert services including chemical peels, dermaplaning, advanced facials (e.g., HydraFacial and Geneo) microneedling/PRP, and laser therapies including laser hair reduction, IPL/BBL and laser resurfacing.
• Consultations & Education: Analyze skin conditions, prescribe at-home regimens, and educate clients on their ongoing skincare journeys.
• Sales & Retention: Establish retail sales goals and develop high retention rates.
• Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, sanitation, and MN Board of Cosmetology compliance standards.
• Team Player: Foster a positive, collaborative medical spa environment.
Qualifications
• Active Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in a med-spa, clinical, or luxury spa setting is preferred.
• Strong technical skills across multiple advanced modalities.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of retail sales.
• Professional, polished, and genuine passion for the aesthetic industry.
