Aspiring to Change Counseling Services Counseling services are available to all clients who are seeking mental health and substance abuse treatment services.

Counseling services are available to clients via telehealth or in-person sessions at the agreed upon location. Goals of Aspiring to Change Counseling Services
• Provide quality, professionally-delivered, individual and group
counseling to clients served.
• Be available to clients to help with needs with flexibility and evening
appointment times.
• Promote an environment of personal safety and respect.
• Collaborate with community resources to be able to connect clients to
appropriate needs.
• To help clients learn to manage their mental health needs and substance
abuse needs by delivering the most effective evidence-based treatment.
