This 5 week workshop will give your little the basic skills necessary to navigate the day to day stresses of being a little in todays hectic world, a comprehensive understanding of how energy moves through our bodies and how what we think and feel affects those around us. They will also have access to a toolbox of skills that will equip them to navigate energetic fields, calm back to center and to honor their greatest and highest selves.
