Medical Arts Clinic has been helping keep citizens of Matagorda County and surrounding areas healthy for over 50 years. We pride ourselves in giving excellent healthcare as well as friendly hometown customer service. He was raised in Bay City and his family has four generations of Physicians that have served the county. He prides his self in taking care of the entire family and strives to see all

patients in a timely manner. Dr Andrew Sher is a General Surgeon. He has been serving the community for over 25 years and has three daughters that have graduated from Bay City High School. He is available for all your major and minor surgical needs as well as endoscopy and office surgery. Julianne Zapalac, PA has was raised in Matagorda County and has been back doing Family Practice for over 5 years. She enjoys taking care of all aspects of health care needs, while taking the time and effort to really know her patients and their family.
