From The Heart was founded in October 2007 with a mission to provide high-quality care to the aging and disabled population. At From The Heart, we strive to provide the best care possible for your loved ones. We have 2 Assisted Living locations in Bay City that offer both men and women placement. Our 6-bed homes provide both private and semi-private rooms. Our home is designed to allow one-on-one attention for each of our residents. At From The Heart, we offer all the same services as the larger assisted living facilities in a more comfortable setting.
