C-section indications.

Have a question about a term or why it’s safest for a cesarean? Please reach out! I would love to explain!

HOW SAFE IS C-SECTION? 🤱🩺

✅ A C-section (Cesarean delivery) is a common and generally safe surgical procedure.
✅ It is performed when normal delivery may be risky for mom or baby.
✅ Modern medical care and anesthesia make the procedure much safer today.
✅ Doctors carefully monitor both mom and baby during the operation.
✅ Most mothers recover well with proper rest and post-surgery care.
✅ C-sections can help prevent complications during difficult labor or emergency situations.

⚠️ Like any surgery, there are small risks such as infection, bleeding, or longer recovery — which is why doctors recommend it only when needed.

With proper medical guidance, a C-section is a safe and life-saving option for many families. 💛👶

✨ **Exciting News!** ✨

I’m *so* excited to finally share that I have been working toward my certification as a Pediatric Sleep Coach (PSC)💤👶 and I’ll be accepting clients for these services very soon!

So… what does that mean exactly?
A Pediatric Sleep Coach is trained to help babies, toddlers, and young children develop healthy sleep habits in a way that’s developmentally appropriate, responsive, and family-centered. As a PSC, I support families by:

🌙 Creating personalized sleep plans (no one-size-fits-all here!)
🌙 Helping with frequent night wakings, short naps, and bedtime struggles
🌙 Supporting gentle, respectful sleep approaches
🌙 Educating parents on sleep biology, routines, and realistic expectations
🌙 Providing encouragement, guidance, and accountability along the way

Sleep is foundational—for babies *and* parents—and my goal is to help families feel confident, rested, and supported without pressure or judgment.

I can’t wait to combine this new certification with my passion for supporting families and little ones. Stay tuned for official launch details, and if you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out now to be the first to know when bookings open! 💫💤

Better sleep is coming!
