I am a Certified Labor Doula, Lactation Counselor and Childbirth Educator, CPST and BLS Instructor located in Bay City, Michigan and proudly serving the tricities! I am a Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Counselor. I have worked in the medical field for over 28 years in a clinical capacity. Excited to attend today’s performance with my Labor of Love friends but my labor phone is on just in case it’s go time for one of my wonderful mommas!! Doula life means going to things in separate cars and always being prepared to go! My response to plans is always “I will be there unless I have a birth” lol. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I hope you all have an amazing day today!

Pregnancy totally changes our body posture, and feeding, changing diapers, and smiling at your brand new baby doesn’t always help those changes. This leaves us with sore necks, stiff mid-back, difficulty activating our core, and keeping the “mom-butt” for much longer than anticipated. Simple habits that we can build early postpartum set us up for success long term because they will reinforce good activation of our core and glutes.
