Holiday decorating is officially underway… which means the holiday lifting season has begun too. 🎄💪

With snow already flying this year, it seems like everyone’s diving into the Christmas spirit early (sorry, Thanksgiving 😅).

Those bins in the basement somehow gain 15 lbs every year, so take it easy on your back and lift smart! And if the holiday prep leaves you feeling a bit out of alignment, we’ve got your back (literally).

A quick reminder—stay safe, especially if you’re hunting from a tree stand. Falls are one of the leading causes of spinal injuries this time of year, and we’d rather see you in the office celebrating your big buck than recovering from one of those. 😉

We finally got enough snow to make our first snowman—and of course, he’s proudly decked out in Michigan gear! 💙💛

But let’s be honest… that snow was heavy! 💪 So before you end up needing an adjustment, take a tip from Dr. Hall—he built a little ramp with a folding table to roll the second snowball up instead of lifting it! Work smarter, not harder 😉
