This special needs patient had presented to the office with the rampant decay (top photo). Poor diet, poor oral hygiene and neglect was the culprit. Dr. Tuman treated the patient at Mount Sinai medical center under general anesthesia and through a combination of dental bondings and porcelain crowns, restored the patient to optimal function and aesthetics (bottom photo).
