Thoughts create our inner reality and that inner reality creates our response outside of ourselves and internally in terms of our health and wellbeing.

Thank Gd we live in a world without barbed wire physically but most of us have parts of us that are locked up in such dark places. Let us notice them and honor them and remind them that they can choose liberty and kindness and softness.
The past lives inside of ourselves and informs the present and future however it can be redeemed and changed and brought to the present.
