Debora Alfie PT, NPCT has been practicing Physical Therapy over 20 years. After working in different outpatient facilities she realized that the best way to have good results in her treatments was to dedicate time to assess patients’ needs and treat them as a whole and unique unit with a customized session. Many years ago, Debora discovered the beauty and perfect discipline of Pilates Method and w

orked her certification as a Pilates Trainer to incorporate it to her physical therapy practice. Since then, Debora was working combining physical therapy and Pilates to treat different injuries and pathologies as well as improving athletes performance.
