We LOVE having KIDS join us for BEACH YOGA 🤩🧘‍♀️🤩 the more the merrier is our philosophy…children under 12 are FREE!
They can follow along and be introduced to the wonderful benefits of yoga or just hang out, build sandcastles and watch for dolphins

BEACH YOGA is moving to HOWE STREET BEACH starting this Thursday (7/10)
due to the BH beach replenishment project. This will be short term 🙏 hopefully just a week or two. In the meantime, its the same schedule 🧘‍♀️🤩🧘‍♀️8AM Thursday🩵Friday💛Saturday 🩷Sunday💜Monday ❤️no signups needed - just show up with a blanket or XL towel, water and don’t forget your sunglasses 😎 $10 class
