This event will offer developmentally appropriate, medically accurate guidance on puberty and growing up, helping support open and meaningful conversations between preteens and their families.

According to the American Urological Association, a quarter to a third of men and women in the United States suffer from urinary incontinence. The number is not more precise number because many people keep these symptoms secret due to feelings of embarrassment. That means roughly 33 million Americans suffer in silence with symptoms of urinary incontinence.

Urinary incontinence is the leaking of urine that cannot be controlled. There are four different types of urinary incontinence.

After delivering a baby, postpartum bleeding can be expected whether you deliver vaginally or by cesarean delivery. The medical term for postpartum bleeding is lochia. Lochia is vaginal discharge that occurs after giving birth and is made up of blood, mucus, and uterine tissue. It's a normal part of the postpartum healing process and usually lasts for four to six weeks, but it can last up to 12 weeks. The amount of bleeding can also vary from person to person, but it is typically heavier in the first few days after delivery.
