This week, our Lead, Change, Grow team — made up of North Baldwin Infirmary employees and physicians — jumped in to help with the car line at Bay Minette Elementary! 🚗✨

Our goal was to lend a hand to the amazing teachers and help ease students into the 2025–2026 school year with smiles and encouragement. 📚🍎

❤️ We'd like to send a huge thank you to everyone who pitched in during North Baldwin Infirmary’s (NBI) July Clothing & Item Drive!

NBI's Lead Change Grow team put the drive together to support the Foster and Adoptive Association of Baldwin County. We collected an abundance of diapers , clothes, toiletries, baby items, and more — all going to local foster families who need a little extra help.

We’re so grateful to be part of such a generous, caring community. 💙

What better way to follow a great July 4th than by giving back to the community we love?

On Saturday, July 5, the Lead-Change-Grow Committee at North Baldwin Infirmary (NBI) hosted a post-holiday clean-up, walking from Southside Baptist Church to John White Park. Along the way, we picked up trash and debris—proving that a little teamwork goes a long way toward keeping Bay Minette beautiful!

A huge THANK YOU to the many hands and hearts that made this morning special:

🔥🌶️ What an amazing time at the 2025 American Cancer Society Chili Cookoff! Our Infirmary Cancer Care team chose the theme "Throwin' Beads, Tossin' Cancer" for this fun and flavorful event. We came together, shared a passion for making a difference, and served up some incredible chili 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 to support the fight against cancer.

Huge thanks to everyone who participated, donated, or simply came out to support the cause. It’s always great to see our community unite for such an important mission.
