The 4 things it takes to get in shape:

-drinking lot of eater: when you arent hydrated properly, you dont burn fat as well, you get hungry, have cravings and just dont overall feel good

-get 7-8 hrs of sleep: missing sleep leads to high blodd pressure, sugar cravings, and a lowered ability to lose weight or gain muscle

-exercise or being active at least 30 minutes a day: this can be weight lifting, pilates, cardio or anything you enjoy doing that elevates your heart rate above resting

-the correct meal plan for your goals: some people require more carbs, some need more fats, others need high protein. There is no magic diet plan out there that works for absolutely everyone

There is a 3lbs difference between the pics on the left and on the right, but Tosha Brooks Calcote has proved its not always about pure weight loss! She has fully embraced the plan we have laid out for her and in return she has toned her arms, legs and stomach pretty significantly. She has managed to add muscle and drop fat as well has inches all over! Gettinf closer to stage time!

The biggest thing stopping most people from getting good results with Fitness is being prepared ahead of time. This is what my counter looks like every night so that when I get up to go to work at 5 AM, all my stuff is ready ready for the day:

-5 meals✅
-health supplements ✅
-water✅
-workout supplements ✅
-work clothes and workout clothes laid out✅

This is a bit extreme for most peoples goals lol. But I feel like everyone should at least have their meals prepared and ready!

Fish oil-important for energy production, fat burning and healthy joints

Meal prep does not have to be super time consuming! Here are some of the things i eat everyday that take very little prep time:

-crockpot ground turkey or chicken, add seasoning and let sit for a couple hours
-liquid egg whites
-blueberries or other fruit
-minute rice in microwaveable bowl
-protein powder

Cooking and putting all of these things into containers for the next day takes 15-20 min max.

What you eat will determine what you get out of your efforts of exercising! Plan ahead to have the most success possible.
