📜 From the Pages of 1926 – Bay Springs History 🇺🇸

100 years ago, the leaders of Bay Springs were hard at work shaping the future of our town. In October of 1926, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen proposed a $10,000 bond to pave key streets—including Fifth Avenue and 3rd Street—laying the groundwork for the community we know today.

These handwritten records remind us that progress didn’t happen overnight—it was built step by step, decision by decision, by those who believed in Bay Springs.

As we celebrate 100 Years of Brick Street & America 250, we honor the vision, dedication, and pride of those who came before us.
