Getting caught up on client scheduling for June, diving into my SVMT homework, enjoying a massage after lunch, and then it’s back to training.

Costa Rica life truly doesn’t disappoint. There’s something so healing about slowing down, being present, and letting life unfold in its own timing instead of forcing every moment. 💛

It’s been a very long travel day, but we finally made it to Costa Rica. 🌴🇨🇷

Now I’m sitting out on my lanai listening to a thunderstorm roll through… the sound of the rain, thunder, and lightning is oddly relaxing after a long day of travel.

There’s something so calming and grounding about tropical rainstorms. Pura Vida. ✨

I’m spending the next week in beautiful Costa Rica immersing myself in advanced training and certification in FasciaWave therapy with the tribe so I can bring another powerful healing experience back to my clients at Carnelian Healing Arts 💛

FasciaWave works with the body’s fascia and nervous system to help release tension, improve energetic flow, support relaxation, and encourage the body’s natural healing process. I’m so excited to deepen my knowledge and continue expanding the ways I can support your wellness journey. 🌊✨

While I’m away, I’ll be soaking in the healing energy of Costa Rica, learning, growing, and bringing back new tools to help you reset, restore, and reconnect.

Big things are unfolding this summer… ✨

As I close down my practice this week and head into a brief pause until June 1st, my calendar is officially OPEN for private individual appointments from June 1st through July 15th.

With the affiliate teaching program now underway, the website has gone through some beautiful updates — and within the next week, the new training and certification pages will be LIVE. So exciting to see this vision expanding.

Summer at Bayfield Center for Well-Being is bringing incredible workshops, special events, and fresh energy — including new sound healing instruments that I’ll be rotating into sessions after keeping them close at home for some time. 🎶
