A large percent of the population served has co-occurring behavioral health disorders as well as chronic health problems. We are seeking a full time licensed or certified counselor in addiction. Fairview Treatment Center has an immediate need for a part time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day Shift. This individual would work in a supporting role during the weekdays . This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking part time work. This nurse will be trained in proper admission assessments, detox assessments, EHR documentation, QA and Utilization Management assistance. Both shifts are responsible for assessing and properly medicating clients experiencing detox withdrawal symptoms as well as issuing meds to rehab clients. Day nurses are responsible for admission assessments.
