Nine years ago, I took a leap of faith and built something rooted in purpose, healing, and growth. Today, I’m celebrating 9 years of this wellness journey—and my heart is full.

I’m deeply grateful for every single person who has supported, trusted, and believed in this vision. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or just joined along the way, you’ve been part of something truly meaningful.

And I also want to take a moment to thank myself—for the courage, the persistence, and the commitment to keep going, even when it wasn’t easy.
