The weather could not be more perfect as we announce our theme for December: "Winter Wonderland." We are so grateful to the incredible team that plows and shovels our walkways and driveways so our tenants, our staff, and our tenants' family and friends have been and will be safe for this and all future snow storms. We are also grateful to all those who plow the streets to keep them open for everyone.

This month our theme at the Apartments at Elizabeth Residence Bayside is Gratitude. Each and every day we are grateful for our first responders. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of sharing our gratitude for the Bayside Fire Department when we hosted them at our weekly happy hour. Did you know in addition to their skills at saving lives they are very good dancers? We are also grateful to Tom and Barb Weber for entertaining us with such a great playlist full of songs with fire and heat in them.
