We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 months of experience in phlebotomy and be skilled in collecting blood samples from patients. *Responsibilities*
- Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques (venipuncture, capillary puncture)
- Label and prepare samples for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations

*Requirements*
- 3-6 months of experience in phlebotomy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, PBT) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records

Any Labtest Now in Baytown looking for a reliable and serious phlebotomist to join their team ASAP. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties but not limited to:
Must be able to draw blood proficiently

Have excellent computer skills

Have excellent communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish desirable, but not required

Collect all lab samples, label accurately and send out for testing

Clinical skills a plus

Keeping track of samples and send reports to patients

Knowledge of Quickbooks desired

Maintaining an organized and clean work area based on health and safety regulations and the guidelines of the medical institution

Answering patient questions regarding collection techniques and offering additional resources on the collection process, if the patient requests them
