It’s not always obvious when your relationship with alcohol starts to shift.
Sometimes, the signs are subtle.
💭 You might notice:
• Drinking more than you planned
• Using alcohol to cope with stress or emotions
• Feeling guilty or uneasy about your drinking
• Needing more to feel the same effects
• Struggling to cut back—even when you want to
None of this makes you “weak.”
It means it might be time to check in with yourself.
Awareness isn’t about judgment—it’s about giving yourself the chance to make healthier, more intentional choices.

💙 March 30 is World Bipolar Day 💙
Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels — including episodes of depression and periods of elevated or irritable mood.
With proper treatment, therapy, medication management, and strong support systems, individuals with bipolar disorder can lead stable, fulfilling lives.
Today is about:
• Learning the facts
• Reducing stigma
• Encouraging open conversations
• Supporting access to care
Mental health conditions are not character flaws — they are health conditions.
If you or someone you love is experiencing mood instability or symptoms of bipolar disorder, support is available.

🧡 As Self-Injury Awareness Month comes to a close… 🧡
This month, we’ve shared facts, broken down myths, and opened conversations about self-harm.
If there’s one thing we hope you carry with you, it’s this:
Self-harm is often a sign of deep emotional pain — not weakness.
And no one deserves to face that pain alone.
Compassion changes everything.
Listening matters.
Asking “Are you okay?” can open a door.
Awareness doesn’t end when the month does.
Let’s continue choosing empathy over judgment and conversation over silence.
If this topic has felt personal for you, we encourage you to reach out to someone you trust or seek professional support.
You are worthy of care. 🧡

🧪🧠 March 15–21 is National Inhalants & Poison Awareness Week
(Observed annually the third week of March)
Let’s talk prevention.
Many inhalants are everyday household products — sprays, glues, cleaners, aerosols. Because they’re common, they’re often overlooked as dangerous. But misuse can cause serious harm, including brain and heart damage — even sudden death.
Parents — when was the last time you had a conversation (not a lecture) about substance risks? 💬
Strong communication today can prevent crisis tomorrow.
💡 This year’s theme: “When the unexpected happens, Poison Help is here for you.”

🧪 March 15-21, 2026 is National Inhalants & Poisons Awareness Week 🧪
Inhalants are everyday household products — sprays, glues, cleaners, gases — that can be misused to get high.
Because they’re common and inexpensive, they’re often overlooked as dangerous.
But inhalant misuse can cause:
• Brain damage
• Heart failure
• Organ damage
• Sudden death
Prevention starts with awareness and honest conversations at home.
Sometimes the most dangerous substances are hiding in plain sight.
