Honored. That’s the first word that came to mind when I was asked to reflect on my time at the James Beard Bootcamp for Policy Advocacy and Change. I felt so honored being chosen by an organization that could have picked any other chef to come together with 19 other chefs from across the country and collaborate on ideas and food.
To all the chefs I met and became friends with, I am glad we took the time to come together and get to know one another. I have no doubt we will see each other soon!
