Before I couldn’t turn it much at all “ 🙂ML: Yes release the tense muscles, adhesions and trigger points in the muscles with manual and instrument fascia release. Then adjust the spine for correction of spinal misalignments / subluxations. 👍Then as person moves the spine adjust the segments to reset the proper motion of the spine.

Folks the office will be closed this Thursday noon to evening - Friday all day and Saturday morning. I'll be attending and working at our Association of New Jersey Chiropractors annual conference in Atlantic City. See you all on Monday.
