I had the honor of attending an unmedicated, completely natural birth at a hospital this weekend. When I say this mama was an absolute rockstar, she was SO impressive. She remained so calm and in control throughout her entire labor and delivery. The strength she displayed was truly remarkable. Seeing her accomplish her goal was so powerful.

I had the honor of attending this mama’s birth 2 weeks ago to the day. Her first birth did not go as planned and this mama was DETERMINED to have the birth she envisioned. She arrived at the birth center at 6 cm and baby was out within an hour and a half. She had a beautiful water birth and even delivered her son by herself, by choice. What a beautiful experience 🫶🏻❤️
