Dr. Huang attended A4M Longevity Fest in Las Vegas she experienced hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) as part of my ongoing interest in longevity, recovery, and functional medicine.

The process was surprisingly peaceful. After gradual pressurization, the body adapts quickly, and the session becomes deeply relaxing. Post-treatment, I noticed improved mental clarity, a calmer sense of focus, and better sleep quality that night.

HBOT isn’t a “magic anti-aging treatment,” but it plays an important role in supporting cellular oxygenation, mitochondrial function, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair—key foundations of long-term health.

For her, it felt like a physiological reset—helping the body function more efficiently rather than forcing a dramatic change.
