Supposedly, it is an old Cherokee Indian story that we all have two wolves inside us fighting to dominate our lives. The one we choose to feed is the one that will grow. The same thinking applies to our ability to find dedicated focus times in our cell phone-dominated culture. Starve your distractions. Feed your focus. A great mantra for productivity!
