We had an incredible time at the Solon Family Fun Fest—connecting with our community, meeting curious kids and, and having meaningful conversations with parents who just know something isn’t quite clicking when it comes to reading, attention, or learning.

Most people think 20/20 eyesight means vision is fine.

But vision is more than seeing clearly.

It’s also:
• how the eyes work together
• how the eyes track words on a page
• how the brain processes what the eyes see

That’s what Vision Therapy trains.

What mom had to say after a school meeting:
Hi! Wanted to share some exciting news...Our son tested out of his IEP yesterday!!! He was up for a reevaluation and had our review meeting yesterday. We went back and forth a bunch of times, but at the end we all decided he was ready to go out on his own. The most interesting part was the comparison between this year's IQ testing and the one from three years ago. Almost all the line items came out pretty much the same, except for his processing speed (which was the main reasoning for his IEP). He increased his score by 26 points! Apparently it is very hard to jump up in score like that unless something drastically changed. The 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀t was very confident that the increase was due to his 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗬. We are so proud of him and glad he/we invested the time and energy into helping achieve this HUGE milestone. We thought you'd enjoy hearing this :)
