Last week, our Embassy of Willard team had the opportunity to participate in a Geriatric Suit Simulation Project.

Wearing weighted vests, ankle weights, braces, a neck collar, and vision-altering glasses, staff experienced firsthand the physical challenges many older adults face every day. Simple tasks quickly became difficult, serving as a powerful reminder of how strength, mobility and vision impact independence.

We're grateful for opportunities like this that help us grow and continue providing the dignity, empathy and support our residents deserve.
