Many people are feeling anxious about current events. Even when we are feeling helpless or that big issues are out of our control, we can still choose to behave like the person we want to be. Try one of these today:
1. If you stop to buy a coffee, in the checkout line or drive-thru, pay for the person behind you.
2. Hold the door open for someone.
3. Take your dog for an extra long walk or spend extra time giving your pet some love.
4. Sign up to volunteer at an organization that is meaningful to you.
5. Donate money to a cause that is meaningful to you (even small amounts make a difference.)

Let us know what other ideas you have and/or share what you've chosen to do today.
