Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
▪️ Follow menus and recipes to ensure consistency, flavor, and nutritional value.
▪️ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations in the kitchen.
▪️ Work closely with dietary staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
▪️ Accommodate residents’ dietary restrictions and preferences.
Qualifications:
✔️ Experience as a cook in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting (preferred).
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔️ Passion for creating meals that promote health and wellness.
