🪐 have a new meditation and Reiki workshop on Sunday, 9/7 for a new space in Beacon. When creating this, I sat in silence and the transmission I received led me directly to astral projection. Have you heard of it? Here’s a brief explanation.

✨ Astral projection is when your awareness gently lifts out of the physical body and moves into your subtle energy body. In this state, you may feel yourself floating, traveling, or exploring realms beyond ordinary perception — a beautiful meeting point of consciousness and the mystical. ✨

My experiences with astral projection have shaped my understanding that there is something “beyond” this and it’s in this beyond that profound peace awaits. This beyond is the place where mystics have dwelled for centuries. We will explore this realm together

💖Friends!! I’m always a little late to the party and it seems like that for Summer too. August and I’ve finally figured my s**t out. My last few Mondays off have been spent in sacred solitude communing with nature.

💧 As a rule, I’m not a pull over and hop into a body of water kind of hippie but sometimes I surprise myself. Even more surprising is me wearing a sports bra under my shirt to swim in LOL.

🏍️ My new electric bike has been taking me EVERYWHERE! The perfect vehicle for an Olympic level lounger! One of my good Bests of my life told me about this trail in Roxbury. As usual, he was correct about its magic quotient. I was almost drunk on the cedar fig blend of pheromones the trees were putting out. At one point there was a shrine with deer antlers and a fire extinguisher among other scattered items. I felt it was best not to take a picture. 🧙

I’ve been cord cutting for decades. Here’s why….✂️

I’ve been on vacation at my daughter and son-in-laws outrageous home in Chicago.

🌕 So she and I did a full moon ritual tonight beneath the Moonstruck Strawberry Moon. It’s a beautiful thing to be her mom.

Here’s what we did….
1. Write on the back of a bay leaf what you want to release.
2. Light a white candle.
3. Burn the bay leaf.
4. Get ready to accept the opposite of what you released.
