Due to limited staffing, the 9 MDG Pharmacy will be limited in availability to answer the phone for prescription activation, effective 28 July 2025. The Pharmacy phone line will be available on normal duty days, Monday to Friday, from 0900-1100 & 1400-1600. Turnaround time is 24 hours.*

To avoid being on-hold for an extended period of time, and to streamline your experience, we recommend using our Q-Anywhere service to activate your new prescriptions.

Did you know that the Military & Family Readiness Center offers support for Military Spouse Appointment Care (MSAC)?

MSAC is designed for spouses, whose sponsor is assigned to work, to attend approved appointments related to key aspects of military life. Qualifying families can receive up to 16 hours of care per child each month. Examples of approved appointments: In person medical appointments for spouse or children, Classes offered by Airmen and Family Readiness Centers, Chaplain, Family
Advocacy, and Medical Agencies, Job interviews.

*Care is dependent on families meeting individual program requirement, provider availability, and available funding. Please call 530-634-4118 if you have any questions.
