Due to limited staffing, the 9 MDG Pharmacy will be limited in availability to answer the phone for prescription activation, effective 28 July 2025. The Pharmacy phone line will be available on normal duty days, Monday to Friday, from 0900-1100 & 1400-1600. Turnaround time is 24 hours.*

To avoid being on-hold for an extended period of time, and to streamline your experience, we recommend using our Q-Anywhere service to activate your new prescriptions.
